Who We Are.
The Jamaica Kidney Kids Foundation (JKKF) is a charitable organization founded in July 2012 with the goal to improve the care of children with kidney disease across Jamaica, especially those who are financially challenged. The brainchild of Founder and Chairperson, Dr. Maolynne Miller, Jamaica’s first paediatric nephrologist, the Foundation is also overseen by Directors personally appointed for their dedication to the welfare of these children: Mr. Williams Tavares-Finson, Mr. Craig Chin, Mr. Andrew Cocking, Ms. Erin Hayle and Mrs. Trudy Francis.

Your contributions have helped to grow our Foundation and help us to continue our mission of not letting children in Jamaica die from kidney disease because of poverty.
Growth & Jobs | Jamaican diaspora commits support for JKKF, craft artist
MEMBERS OF the Jamaican diaspora have committed their support to the Jamaica Kidney Kids Foundation (JKKF) and small craft business JunlynArtz to help move their operations forward.
JKKF, a registered charity organisation helping to improve the lives of children diagnosed with kidney disease, and JunlynArtz, a handmade resin and lumber small craft business, were booth neighbours inside the 10th Biennial Jamaica Diaspora Conference marketplace in June. Both booths were supported by the JN Group.

Hi Everyone! I know it’s been a while. It has been a busy year, but we are back to provide a full review of all you missed in 2023. Before that, we wish you all a Happy New Year and may 2024 be filled with non-stop love, blessings, opportunities and joy for you and your families.

Volunteer with Us
As a small non profit organization, JKKF relies greatly on our volunteers. From assisting us at public events, transporting medical supplies and performing administrative duties, your time and effort substantially contribute to our success.
Young adults can also obtain community service credit hours, and volunteers under 18 years old will need written consent from a parent, as well as (if necessary) approval from their school. To become a volunteer please sign up through our mailing list button on the right and you will receive a confirmation email with a form to be completed and returned to us, at your earliest convenience, via email ([email protected]), or in person to our office at 8 Carvalho Drive, Kingston 10.
